Would be Hungary 1998 possible in no refuelling era

Post

I just watched hungarian GP of 1998 (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gWbRLbgRc74), it was probably one of the finest wins for Schumacher-Brawn. Ferrari was surely not on the same level as Mclaren but still they managed to trick them with a fast middle stint with low fuel onboard and beat them at the end.

But would be any possibility for Ferrari to win that race with no refuelling during the race? Maybe using softer tyres (and therefore faster tyres) in the middle stint?
