As soon as I start to change my range of Y PLUS from 50-500 TO 250-500 (coarsen), IN Fluent, my pressure force (Lift) starts to increase and my viscous force starts to decrease

I do not know what is going on??

You answered your own question already. You are moving the y-plus out of the range of validity.
