Enveloping bodywork

Hi,

Im just wondering what exactly is meant by 'enveloping bodywork'. Basically im doing a it oof a project and enveloping bodywork isnt allowed so i want to be sure of what exactly it is.

Sorry if this is a bit basic but i couldnt find a proper defination of it anywhere.

F1 is an open-wheel formula so of course enveloping bodywork is'nt allowed.
Im not enterily sure what is ment by enveloping bodywork but i would guess its the complete opposite of an open-wheeler.
