Spain - Sainz and Marquez?

Seems somewhat unlikely - I can see plenty of Spanish riders winning on two wheels but neither Carlos nor Fernando are super likely to win on four.

The only other possibility is France - Quatararo in MotoGP and, if somehow Alpine built a rocket, both their drivers are French.

The thing is, nearly all the top MotoGP riders are Spanish or Italian, and Italy has no F1 drivers (nor a lot of prospects right now).

So tl:dr I wouldn’t hold my breath.
