Lewis: Slow on the straight and no grip in the corners. "Two more races with this thing and then......hopefully no more driving it".

Was just about to upload the footage of LH start but was beaten to it.

Im surprised the sensor didnt pick it up for the stewards to look at really.

A great race, all 3 podium finishers did a great race. Really enjoyed those last laps too. Max again having to do 2 starts. And now he has the highest win percentage of any season locked up with two races to go. Just so impressive.

Indeed. Toto Wolff absolutely trashing the car in sky interview calling it unacceptable and a "thing".

I think everyone at merc is really done with it. He seems so upset.

He'll say the same about the W15, like Ferrari preparing for the next season.

Would really be something to see Fernando in that Red Bull next year. I think it would worry Max too much for it to happen.
I think max would anyway destroyed him, but he would have much harder time than now. I would love that too, at least some battles for 1st position :D
Alonso and Max would be great to watch but why would Horner want it? I doubt team Verstappen would want it either.

Ricciardo came in right behind Tsunoda, btw, so would have scored points without this odd rule interpretation. Still no clue how he ended up a lap behind.

Because the team did a stupid thing. They stopped the car one lap too early, they should have waited for the red flag.

Some would say Max never had a WDC teammate and he could prove himself as a real great of the sport by beating him in the same car... though I also believe it won't happen due to other reasons.

Yeah kind of dumb, you can unlap if you are a lap behind when red comes out, they were lapped after the red flag, so were not allowed to unlap.
If you red flag, red flag it in the first lap, not the second, why wait and screw over drivers with damage.

but that lap was mainly under red anyway, so why did it count? Ricciardo did like 50m of that lap, the others 1 sector, but no one came even close to complete it under green.

Many things to say.

- Ferrari by making Leclerc DNS couldnt gain points on the worst weekend for the Merc. I think Leclerc would've fight for P5 with Stroll at least... Merc still P2 in the WCC. Undeserved
- Without the mess for Piastri, Ricciardo, and Leclerc I think Hamilton would've finish P9/10 & Russell P13/14. What's even more worrying is the car was i) slow in straight line ii) sliding in the slow part and eating the tyre. At least the Alpine was the fastest in the straight or the AM had both quality today... I don't know what this Merc team is doing since 2 years
- The AT is pretty good. Tsunoda P9 with a 10sec loss from a mistake. Ricciardo finished close to the pack despite starting 1 lap behind. Williams should be worried

AT will slow down and Williams will speed up at the next 2 circuits. AT is benefitting from the thin air GPs. Their car is quite draggy (although not as much as the Merc).
