Officine Specializate Costruzione Automobili (OSCA) was founded by the three Maserati brothers when they quit, after their ten year contract with Orsi, to reform their car construction business.
They specialised in sports cars but built three types of single seaters; the last of which, an F2 design failed to qualify at Monaco in 1957. The company was sold to MV in 1962.
