Sauber is very lucky to have a lot of the former BMW facilities including a very accurate wind tunnel. We shall see but considering a new driver lineup including one rookie the car may not be as competitive as it was this year (possibly due to driver lineup experience etc). The Hulk I don't doubt, its Guitierrez (spelling).KATO wrote:Yeah I read this yeasterday too I'm quite amazed but I wonder should we be happy or worried??Hail22 wrote:The Sauber "C32" has passed all its mandatory crash tests for its 2013 contender...wow that was...fast xD

Also with that out of the way Sauber can ready up and work on Aero Packages and really work on other areas of the Team...... I wonder what they'll do now........ They could go to Disneyland.. =D> those Swiss are fun to watch..
Sauber Built those facilities for their own use BMW joined them if anything Because they have such a good factory.. It's not like it was built and left by BMW.. Hulk is a big boy so the car might suffer a bit and so is Gutierrez two tall drivers are going to hinder the car a little bit compared to Kamui and Perez..... Hulk should be okey Gutierrez is an 'X Factor' we can only hope he can score around the Top 10 mark..Hail22 wrote:

I worked both ways. Sauber had the wind tunnel and other solid facilities before BMW (part of the reason BMW came in), but BMW also invested heavily and left Sauber in pretty good shape facilities-wise (finances/sponsorship is a different matter). Still kinda miffed Sauber don't build their own gearboxes anymore, but I guess that was a result of BMW walking away and the team was on the brink.KATO wrote: Sauber Built those facilities for their own use BMW joined them if anything Because they have such a good factory.. If Hulkenberg has similar pace to Perez and the pecking order isn't too different among teams, since Perez challenged for wins a couple races in 2012 then the team should well be able to do the same in 2013. Here's hoping to at least the same number of podiums!KATO wrote:http://en.espnf1.com/sauber/motorsport/story/98177.html
Sergio Perez making comments on Sauber he thinks they can challenge for Victories in 2013..
I think one of the biggest investment BMW made to the factor was the super computer. But in today standard it shouldnt be that super anymore.C29 wrote:I worked both ways.
