[...] But I and many with me have a big problem with the Ferrari designs since they brought the design in house.
Many have problems about it but also many are loving it, so not a big deal.

Let’s hope they come back to a simple, sleek design that is looking like a Ferrari, which we haven’t had since Pininfarina left the house.
Also, I just want to let you know that LaFerrari was NOT designed by Pininfarina.
Maybe now you're going to say that even LaFerrari has an ugly design...
It was not, but the design language was directly derived from the 488, which was derived from the 458, one of the most beautiful modern cars created.

Weight seems to be a bit high, no? 125kg more for 70hp less that the Mclaren W1..

No one will know what these things really weight, until someone puts them on a scale.

for people who go on and on about bringing back pininfarina etc etc.. like come on be real. 499p is like on of the best looking car ever made to my eyes. 296 is amazing as well.. now on to topic I personally not the big fan on that front black bar, but color aside car looks amazing, especially from 3/4th top view.

Also, they are now making 799 of them, looks like demand is high?

Ferrari has a 3.0L V6, Mclaren a 4.0L V8; if Ferrari had the same ICE, it would have pumping in the range of 1150-1200hp from the ICE alone.

Fantastic technology, what a car.

However, how are they able to realize an output of 242 kW from a battery with 2.3 kWh??

That is a C rate of >100, at least in discharge. And for regenerative braking, certainly they want triple digit power too.
Do they integrate supercaps?

According to top gear site, this car is 4 seconds faster than LaFerrari around Fiorano

And the fastest overall road production car.
