FYI: The newest version of the technical regulations was released on December 11th. I think there are some minor changes compared to the one Matteo shared.

Under technical regulations. Turns out I was wrong approved December 11th. Published on the 12th.
Of course we cannot keep changing the regulations each month (like the FIA).
I havent gone through all of it, but slightly different "LED"s, more generous diffuser sidewall (in a new RV), etc.

Yes, switching to a new OF version is a must. OF now can run on windows using this Linux stuff but also in Docker. Not sure if blueCFD is still the way to go. I will find out though.
I have been using "this Linux stuff" called WSL to run OpenFOAM on windows. Works quite well.
