Seems strange they designed and produced a new steering wheel in a season where they are on the very limit budget wise.
Maybe it is still better to introduce this year so they can just use it next year (+ test it during the remaining 3 races, especially that WDC seems safe now).
This year's budget might be tight, but next year could be even worse with the 2026 development on the side with a possible WDC fight in 2025.

How do you know they are on the limit?

If there is room in this years budget, why put it on next years budget? Budget that is not spend, can't be taken to next year.

they themselves mentioned it a couple of times, plus it takes only to check Checo's personal bill to see it

anyway if they have room this year it's ok to introduce it now, if it can bring some improvements; I would expect some more focus on improving the aero platform after the Austin correction though.

Well, Antonio Perez made a fool of himself by talking rediculous about Ralf Schumacher at ESPN.
This could harm the RBR team. They should take action.
This morning it was all over the news and Ralf reacted very mature on it! =D>

I would also stand behind my son 100% and try to help . That's what you do as a father .
As for the style I would be different but we know Mr Perez with all his emotions .
That's why I'm not angry with him .
However, I believe that results on the track would be the better argument.

What a horrible man. We live in a world now where people feel free to say these kind of things. There aren’t any consequences. The loudmouths have taken over and we, the silent majority who actually have a backbone get marginalized. It is really sad and incredibly dangerous.

What consequences would you want for this? It's incredibly dangerous? What did the man say that was even remotely dangerous? Slightly distasteful, sure, dangerous?

Now? When did we not?!?!

In any case, we all know how this quickly descends into politics. Let’s stop here, gossip between Checo’s dad and Ralf Schumacher is better left for tabloids unless it affects the team directly. Not everything should to be a discussion subject in F1TECHnical.
Please, can we leave girlfriends and parents out?!

They say a ping pong champion can lose because he doesn't use his favorite or best worn-in paddle. A gaming controller with the right tactile feel, reach, and size is the weapon of choice. Vibrations due to the harsh running of the suspension can also cause damage and eventual wear of the components, buttons to stick etc. There could be many reasons but maybe it's still just a test and not what they use for the races.

For the 4 Red Bull drivers the Las Vegas weekend started yesterday with a Honda and Ford event. Scott Dixon guided them.

Interesting point about pitlane position.

Anyway, seems they brought the trimmed Monza wing

It also looks like it has the "high downforce" engine cover (no front facing halo duct)?

Probs just no engine cover fitted yet

Expecting red bull to be 4th fastest in qualifying with this rear wing
