Why FIA is addressing Massi? Because he is at the center of the polemic behind the Abu Dhabi race, which has had a lot of backlash from fans… The fact that the FIA is reviewing the situation and the decisions he made during that race of course will include his job as Race Director, they are addressing that and rightfully so.
If F1 was led by somewhat competent people, the regulations would include the possibility to appeal decisions at a fully independent judge or committee of people that actually know law.
Instead we ended up with sh*tty excuses and the FIA blaming Masi in a last-ditch effort to hide their own incompetence.
Slightly more on-topic: It actually wouldn't surprise me if the W13's livery features a depiction of Lady Justice to raise awareness for judicial independence...
