Oh okay. the front part there is a sort of trigger for the sensor at the track. because the sensor is placed 25 mm above track, the only tall enough part to trip it is the tyres. so i placed a plank that is high enough to trip it the moment the nose past the sensor. we get something like 0.005 seconds out of it

No. front wing is detachable. and attach to the front pod
