I think that we are safe, P7.

Great result with a car that can't overtake and is passed whenever someone is 1s behind.

Good result in the end for Lando and the team given they went the wrong way with dowforce and set up!

Not bad for an ‘embarrassing’ team

Great result under the circumstances. Bringing him in early for those softs was a great move from the pitwall.

What a drive by Lando, 27 laps of Spa on softs - maybe the car doesn't eat tyres as much anymore.

Reminiscent of McHonda days. The straight line deficit was insane. Best possible result today without rain. Well done to Lando, he was flying on mixed conditions.

Thought he was going to bin it every corner.

That 7th position is partially thanks to the Strategy Team, pitting him for Softs, ensure that they got some space to use the DF of the car… Of course, Lando’s driving is what brought it home, but a “normal” strategy wouldn’t have yield that result.

7th, on a very tough weekend… Ahead of both Alpine’s and one of the Aston’s, not the worst outcome

I was certain that the race is a writeoff when Lando fell to last. Then he fought his way up the order and managed to get to the end with much older tyres. Good result, i am just a bit concerned because Lando is beggining to sound frustrated on the radio often now.
If i would get the money to start my own F1 team, i would revive Arrows

Those conditions seemed like godsent. t the right moment when everything looked lost.

Yeah, good job by the strategy team. Early switch to Hard didn't pan out as couple other cars pitted at the same time so Lando did not have clear air but the second switch to soft in mixed conditions was a great call. Lando deserves all the credit as well, others pitted for softs as well but couldn't match his pace.

If only there was more mixed conditions. The car was clearly only good in those times or clear air.

The day was somewhat saved at that last stint and Im sure they will have a low downforce set up for Monza. Waiting to see what the new upgrade brings to the car. Despite the minor setback the target is Red Bull.

jeeze - there was no mistake. Teams these days dont have unlimited resources. They chose to dedicate the resources to the general upgrade package with has been brining good results since Austria. It even brought good results here over the sprint and race - both increased advantage over Alpine.
