Gyro cam really shows off the extreme cambers
Seems the constant changes in camber are so dramatic it almost can't keep up at times.

It still shows the camera leaning on some of the straight parts or makes some corners look wildly off camber.

Aye, It’s a CGI effect applied to a wide angle view apparently. Agree it needs to respond faster, the roll rate is too sluggish.

yeah, its not a real gyro cam, its just a wider lens cam with some clunky post processing applied. looks hideously overdone.
they should continue to use the motogp gyro, but instead cheapened out with this nonsense

Genuinely not a fan of tracks with so much evolution. It just seems half of Qualifying is pointless.

And none of my favourites were even affected by it. Feels cheap that the track grip plays such a decisive role with no weather conditions affecting it

A tenth here is like 3 tenths anywhere else. A lot of it has to do with the wind in variable lap times

Rwanda and Thailand are being considered as future locations to host a Formula 1 grand prix as Zandvoort could potentially begin alternating as hosts yearly with another location

Hard to see anything but a McLaren pole. Far more balanced than the Red Bull

Not even close in the end. Bit of a dull Q. Macca’s have a gap. Can Lando deliver tomorrow?

Merc half a second off

McLaren 4 tenths ahead of Red Bull! Wow. What a change from the start of the year.

Real strange shift in relative performance in S1 and S2 from Q1 to Q3. in Q1 and Q2 RB seemed faster in S1 and slower in S2, but in Q3 it went the other way around. In any case it seemed troughout it was mclaren's to lose, and they delivered.

whatever Merc changed overnight made the car worse, both Rus and Ham struggling to stop the back from stepping out

Piastri can’t be happy with that. With that margin in the car he should have gotten p2. Since Max is in Lando’s head at the race starts, it will be hard for him to keep P1 in T1.

It's by the beach, it's sandy. :D

Zandvoort is a fantastic track! A real rollercoaster!

Zandvoort is worth 100 dull, flat, wide Paul Ricard or Buriram circuits IMO.
