Didn't see that coming at all. Couldn't get tyres into window I guess. Seems like they could in fp3?

Tyres from the looks of it.

Did you see the beam wings?

Thought I saw the old double element on Oscar but couldn't be sure.

Damn.

The last lap they had no tyres left. Mistake by pitwall.

They were fueled for the whole Q1 and thought track would improve and kept on a single set.

As expected, McLaren is very slow on the straights.

They botched it. I dont understand what the hell they were doing. Lando literally driving circles for the last 8 minutes.

At least pit and put fresh tires on if you aren't gonna set a lap.

Shocking from the strategy team. Not representative of the car's pace at all.

Real amateur hour.

It's not the straights, its everywhere. Straights are just the headline that everyone is pushed, but we lose more time in the corners.

Almost everyone drove like that.

Because I had to put a very small wing in order not to lose much on the straights.

Zak saying the slow speed corners killed us, but not bad and not great on the straights.

Well that was all a bit disappointing. Not sure if they changed for new tyres as others did.

But, it was never likely to suit, but hoped for a bit better than that.

Though, baser on recent performances I'll give them the odd struggle.

Nah the time loss on corners vs straights wasn't even close, a bit more DF wasn't going to sort this.

I guess we found what the Austria/Singapore package didn't fix
