Doesn't Ferrari historically run with less fuel than some teams during testing and free practice?
In my opinion they do, for example last year during testing they where way faster than Mercedes, but then come AUS not so much.

Good move by Williams, even if it shows their lack of trust in Stroll.

Now at least they are gonna get Massa's feedback on the car before whatever shenanigans Lance can inflict on them.

I heard they are developing bumpers for Lance's car before AUS. Until then, Massa gets the drive duties.

Last year the wasn't way faster than Mercedes. If they end up before them it was on softer tires...

it happened on day 3 or 4 as well, but it was Kimi over Nico, and it was like a tenth and a half if memory serves.

Force India was 1:23.1 on SS, only 2 tenths of Ferrari. Anyone thinking Ferrari was faster then Merc then was dilusional.

That red bull at 1:25 wow
Good catch!
Was more than 1s quicker through the combination than the Ferrari. That said it clearly looked as if the Ferrari was in cruise control. Still mighty impressive fast cornering performance. Downforce + wider Tyres are showing.
