Not sure, Autosport said they thought it was C5 but hard to tell, although they also said the Toro Rosso was definately on a C5 and that's been marked up as a C4Ground Effect wrote: ↑26 Feb 2019, 19:14Motorsport have corrected Lando's tyre to C4, is that accurate? Sky had also said it was C5 when the time was set.
I saw on twitter that he went out on a run on c5's, not sure if it was the same run that got him quickest thoughGround Effect wrote: ↑26 Feb 2019, 19:14Motorsport have corrected Lando's tyre to C4, is that accurate? Sky had also said it was C5 when the time was set.
I will repeat again. Why wasn't his time removed if he did that?PhillipM wrote: ↑26 Feb 2019, 19:14https://i.imgur.com/MResH96.pngDarth-Piekus wrote: ↑26 Feb 2019, 19:08I don't think he did otherwise his time would have been removed.
so corrected to c5, then 1:17.1 is possible, maybe even quicker
Fernando did a 1:16xxx after setting his quickest lap last year, but it was cancelled for cutting the chicane...
I don't think the C5 is worth much more than a couple of tenths here at the moment, the track just chews it up if you put too much load through it.charliesmithhd wrote: ↑26 Feb 2019, 19:26so corrected to c5, then 1:17.1 is possible, maybe even quicker
