Red Bull RB6

A place to discuss the characteristics of the cars in Formula One, both current as well as historical. Laptimes, driver worshipping and team chatter do not belong here.

It looks very similar to Mclaren f-duct from those two pictures.

It seems to have a second air outlet under the flap.

The operation is exactly like Ferrari's was in Spain, by left hand.

Does anyone know where the inlet/snorkel is? Could it be underneath near the splitter?

In FP1 Vettel ran the f-duct, webber did not. Anyone got the speed trap times down the straight?

Something screwey here. Autosport and others were reporting in the live commentary that Vettel was using the fDuct and Webber was not. Blackout's photo link clearly shows Webber with the fDuct and a new triple front wing. Can anyone determine what Vettel was driving. Pictures from f1.com clearly show one of the RB6's has the old fin and rear wing.

Both ran fDuct. FP2 has not started yet.

Some work to do on the speed trap times, or they are running more downforce.
