The Speed stream is gloriously commentary-free.

Did anyone notice which HRT appeared to have a DRS failure?

I'm thinking The Artist's formerly known as Renault should go better in the afternoon!

It is starting to annoy me that Williams keep giving FP1 to Bottas. Give Senna a proper chance please. We all know how important setup is this year. Senna has been out performing Pastor for the majority of the races.

Bruno loses a lot of valuable practice time, in which he can set his preliminary parameters and go from there to set up the car properly.
"...and there, very much in flames, is Jacques Laffite's Ligier. That's obviously a turbo blaze, and of course, Laffite will be able to see that conflagration in his mirrors... he is coolly parking the car somewhere safe." Murray Walker, San Marino 1985

I'm not sure why Williams is so insistent in sticking a driver who has yet to even race in GP2 in a seat during one of the practice sessions. I think it's ridiculous.

Equally ludicrous for that matter, is the insistence by many that Bruno Senna is useless. He's the only guy on the grid who will lose his seat for 1 practice session for the bulk of the season, and he to date has done pretty well in spite of having to deal with that. If Igor doesn't hit the lotto in Spain, Bruno would have had more points overall than him. He might not have that outright pace Igor has, but he's more predictable in what he gives a team. I don't wonder when he might be involved in some avoidable shunt the way I do with Igor.

Alonso is looking really good out there in P2.

Any predictions on what pole time will be?

De La Rosa is in the wall.

The race is going to be all over the place.

So far, all the "front runners" are literally locking up basically every time they get to a breaking zone.........
