What's wrapped over the nose there? Just above the wing pylons, almost looks like two pieces of duct tape you'd use over cabling but it's painted?

Isn't it a bracket for a sensor on the side of the nose you can't see?
It looks like the sort of brackets teams make for brake blowers when they hang the front ones on the nose.
