I liked season 1 more than season 2..
I sort of feel the episodes in season 1 were too long, but they fixed that in Season 2.
The general focus on characters and story telling js really good. I like that aspect.

So this F1 series really wants to build Ocon up doesnt it. They featured him in a season where he didnt drive and left out lots of current drivers.

The entire series is about creating stories, his is "interesting" ... sidelined despite almost having a done deal, now joining the team to drive alongside the guy who 'stole' his seat for last season ... good basis for fake drama

Bad? Maybe not - the team have the rest of the year to see how their health goes (hope they are fine, of course), and already have a big, though potentially to-be-swept-under-the-carpet type, controversy and drama - lots of human stories, 'how did this sport deal with covid-19, after a disastrous start forced to look the issue in the eye'. And with less races, less worry they missed some bits for more informed F1 fans ...

Didn't watch, and probably will not, but I've seen some people who said they started following F1 because they saw the show. So I guess it is good!

I think season 1 better than season 2. But I love both of them.

You will be surprised! It certainly surprised me! The visuals most of all I was impressed with. The other interesting surprise is Guenther Steiner... wont say any more lol

Or actually Survive to drive, especially after seeing that pic of Idris Elba, LH44 and Ms Trudeau holding hands

Wow, had not seen that. Scary stuff. Hope all are doing ok.
Here the official health organization just projected 5% to die and 14% to have severe (potential permanent) damage of the infected. Based on the number of the Prime Minister of 60% of the Dutch population getting it (which could be higher) that would mean half a million Dutch dead and 1,5 million people with sever (potential permanent) damage.

Stay safe everyone in these times and stick together as one!
