How's development going? Any weird design to hint ahead of cars presentations?
Is anyone going for Ferrari-style sidepods?
Really struggling to unlock performance. Been through 11 floor iterations and 6 cooling packages. Best results I've seen so far are just creeping over -4.0cl. I've got some ideas for RW performance that aren't exactly in the spirit of the rules so I apologise in advance, but I need every bit of performance I can find to not be at the bottom of the table yet again 🤣

Edit. The irony being I've yet to find something that works better than last year's sidepods for cooling and overall Cl performance

4.0 with working cooling and good balance is not so bad.

It's far far behind where the leaders finished last season, which was my goal for the start of this year. It'll be mid pack at best for R01 I suspect

The possibility to modify the setup helps a lot with performance, but the new diffuser height significantly influenced rear downforce and balance as well. I am not sure about using 2022 as a reference.

My 2023 car should beat your end-of-season 2022, but since the largest improvements have come from news regs (new tyres, refined suspensions, adjustable ride height, removal of the old brake duct winglets...) I'm pretty sure I'll still be way off winning. Hoping I can hang on the podium though!

I wouldn't say there is anything weird or ground-breaking about my car, but hopefully there are a couple of bold design choices you might like.

Something I've been meaning to ask. What folder does the exhaust out face need to go in for that to work in a case? I've never actually been able to figure it out

I am almost ready.

By the way, would it be ok to share the best renderings of the presentations on the official website and LinkedIn page?

And from my side, it's fine.

Has there been any adjustment to the file size maximum this year? Given we have a few more parts to submit than last year and a rear wing that is forced into a more complex geometry and therefore a bigger mesh?
