Did they preserve that horizontal plane (#4) after the the implementation of vented nosecone?

I think that plane is quite a bit further back than the nose hole, being in line with the suspension geometry - then again it might be affected. Can anyone say for definite?

for this race they used bmw look alike sidepod wings.

Is it possible to generate, and attach a vortex to the inside profile of the tyre?

That fin I'm sire is for air management, but I can't for the life of me think of what else it may do...

perhaps it works in conjunction with the front rim shield? directing hot air from the hub assembly to the underside of the car? at that angle it almost looks like it is directing something towards the barge boards.

Jammer, this fin is situated on the rear brake ! So after the bargeboards. :wink:
