India was different though.
Both Vettel and Hamilton made a mistake in the hairpin and because Hamilton made a mistake, Vettel could take off clean but Hamilton had the rest of the pack right behind him.
If they both had been in the pack Vettel too would have lost positions down the straight.
Now Vettel had a smaller mistake but it was enough to compromise his exit quite radically.
