Why is everyone so convinced that the front wing is the thing that must be changed all the damn time?Racer X wrote:I love the car but they never develop the front wing...
Because if the team don't, they get Garry Anderson and other people nagging about how primitive their car is.beelsebob wrote:Why is everyone so convinced that the front wing is the thing that must be changed all the damn time?Racer X wrote:I love the car but they never develop the front wing...
The thing you have to question is: gain on what?Bikeman wrote:besides the brake-problems, any idea on how much speed they will gain with all the aero parts on it ?
.. that's what I already wrote, so I'm fully aware of this. .. In Jerez, they had only very basic aeroparts on the car and without pushing, lost a few seconds only compared to the fastest. So I'm curious about how fast they will be, once they have all the aeroparts on the car.Artur Craft wrote: The laptimes they did in Jerez are not the max they could do. Well that all depends how hard everyone else was pushing. To draw any conclusions from this test other than reliability is impossible. Many teams have basic packages and will have major upgrades come the next tests and Melbourne. Every team has admitted they were not pushing so they could be a few seconds off the pace, or they could be the outright fastest.Bikeman wrote:.. that's what I already wrote, so I'm fully aware of this. ..
