Ham no time at all. Under a lot of pressure with the fresh set. One chance.
Not for nothing, Rosberg's Championship is the only thing that lends credibility to Hamilton's recent success. Otherwise, he'd just be the guy who's had the best car. — bhall II

Mercedes 1,4 seconds down. After having been 9 tenths up in Monaco.
That´s a significant amount of time that just seems to have vanished.

Something weird is going on with the Mercedes.

No chance. Ferrari / Vettel faster by 1.415s than Hamilton (5th)
Ric 2nd by half a second, then RAI, KVT, HAM, ROS.

Amazing how Riciardo saved his lap in sector 3.
Thank you really doesn't really describe enough what I feel. - Vettel

Vettel having the mythical Alonso 2012 year.

Gonna be an awesome race. Isnt Redbull favourable on the long runs? I hope Ric does it. Cant see Mercedes making much progress during the race. Start is going to be crucial...

Mega mega lap from Vettel. Will they check his car for traction control now? :)

Maybe Mercedes forgot to turn on theirs :)

Well that was predictable, ferrari/red bull followed by mercedes, gap was surprising though, no way does psi make up 1.4 seconds.

That was... unusual.

Tire pressures behind Mercs problems?
They were still discussing it between Nico's first and second runs, something about bleeding out the pressure.

Yes, looking from the outside this seems inexplicable. 2 psi can't make such a huge difference can it.

Thats what some people said about the incident in Monza. Now I'd like to hear their opinion with tides turned bereits in Singapore

To make the current formula appear more competitive than it really is in order to stave off rule changes that might actually make the formula more competitive. I'm not necessarily saying that's the case here. But that is why you'd do it.
