Nothing to be concerned about (yet :D ), no one else has done any low-fuel running yet. No one should have a problem reaching that pace and going even faster.

Hamilton shows the RBRs aren't unbeatable then.

I'm thinking we're gonna see the 21s hit later in the session, with Saturday practice times in the 20s being reached. I love seeing the natural progression :)

Anyone watching the streams have word on what tyres these times are set on? My streaming options are limited here at work hehe

Hamilton's best was on options, but I was a bit late on watching FP2, I don't know for others. Hope it was an option for RBR too :)
Ferrari seems to struggle again a lot. Understeer complaints all the way, Massa couple of times off the track too.

Both RBRs were on options, yes.

22´s like i said :P

20-21´s for FP3 and finally the last minute rage run by Webber will put him into 19´s. The only guy to break 19´s. (my thoughts btw)

Interesting practice, i still think that the times are fudgy and doesn´t really say anything. I doubt Mclaren is so close but we´ll see.

But man it was nice to see Hamilton just man handling that car, impressive drive for sure.
If i´m correct, he lost 2 tenths in S1, took them back in S2 and pretty much the same in S3.

To early to say how the order looks but i think Webber is the man to beat here really.

If Webber gets pole then it´s crucial for either Alonso or Hamilton to get second here. And if they do i think they will catch Webber sometime in the race if not T1.
The truth will come out...

I find it really amusing that everyone is talking schumacher into retirement when he matches one of the most respected drivers of the new generation in absolute speed .The sector times go ping pong and even if Rosberg is able to string all the sectors to the perfect lap a lot better than the old man it still is a fact that Schumacher is not slower at all potentially.
He needs to find that last bit of self harnessing and not try to blow away Nico ,wich seems just not possible for him.
At Mercedes they have understood finally the priorities of going racing in 2011 methinks as Schumacher said he is fully aware of the reduced priority of grid position and the main importance of saving tyres for the race as the base for a sucessful race strategy.

People are talking schumacher into retirement because he used to string together the perfect laps every time, just like vettel does now.

The new hard compound is getting a beating from the drivers. Lewis, Alonso, Button, Webber and more have all said the tire is just to slow. The difference between a fresh set of options and the new hards isalmost 2.5 seconds! Though Pirelli defends it by saying they will degarde much slower than the softs. They're even saying a 2 stopper is reasonable for the race, compared to what they expected on the previous hard compund (4 stops as in Turkey).
