I suspect Honda's personnel speak better English than RBs do Japanese so the negotiation was in English!!!

TJ13 with another piece....

Renault engines for next year, with Ilmor responsible for development, independent of Renault.
Engines to be called Tag Heuer, which is inline with "New partnerships and sponsors", as well as Horner's comments that Dennis would not be happy.

TAG and Tag Heuer are completely different brands and why would a timing partner sponsor an engine? Techniques d'Avant Garde is probably a more realistic company if it were to be branded TAG.

So why wouldn't they actually call it Infinity?
"Explain the ending to F1 in football terms"
"Hamilton was beating Verstappen 7-0, then the ref decided F%$& rules, next goal wins
while also sending off 4 Hamilton players to make it more interesting"

Probably because Renault-Nissan wouldn't want to pay Red Bull any more.

Retains the Nissan link, which Ghosn(master of Renault-Nissan) wants severed.

There has been an interesting link in the comments of the judge13's article:

In the UK any building or significant modifications to a building have to be approved by the local authority. Any planning submissions must be made available to the public for inspection.
And RBR proposed a noise survey by the end of 2014 , as we can see here:
http://edrms.milton-keynes.gov.uk/North ... 213336.pdf

Some interesting quotes:
Red Bull Racing have a proposal to construct a test facility...
...the proposed development could operate 24 hours a day.
So highly likely, that's their "secretive Building 9" where RBR runs a VTT.

Yeah not a dig my man! - I think the TJ13 site is debatable on its reliability!

It looks like a too obvious hint, but note that on the picture the engine cover is missing. I think that's the hint towards the name of the rebranded PU, even though TAG Heuer only designs watches.

Infiniti looks still set to be title sponsor, hence why the picture says "Infiniti Red Bull Racing 2016"

The engine is missing. In its place there is a "gap" which might want to be closed?

Next time you hear the line "an announcement will be due soon" you can by quite sure that at that exact point in time some marketing people are polishing up a scene, designing and ordering branded "lab coats" and calling up actors to organise a photoshoot while thinking of a witty slogan which works also as a hashtag...

Are we tagging TAG for a hashtag  ?

I think that the picture above all shows what Red Bull truly excels in. They are next to other qualities, great masters in marketing.
