The risk of profiteer ownership, not everything should be franchised cross culturally globally. As it relates, there are plenty of Champagnes for sale from California. 5 euro a bottle and you'll have a massive headache the next day. Monaco, Singapore, Mexico, Baku either produce decent racing or throw a curve ball sufficient to shake up the order.
