For scarbs; To the best of your knowledge, is it a common practice to place ballast up in the nose-cone ahead of front-wheel centerline?

Certainly within the nose cone assembly, most teams ballast the front wing, rather than the nose cone. I know that teams plce upwards fo 9Kg in there!

I also hear that KERS batteries are finding their way into this area too, which scares me senseless.
