When you say repair the floors, you mean replace the plank and re smooth the rest of the floor?
As someone who basically builds a Mclaren it should feel good seeing the car you lay up win a race. Good luck with whichever path you choose, I would definitely go with a new experience.

I should think that Lotus would be the best option, if you get the call. Then all you need to worry about is when they move. Failing the call, STR would be my second. But timing is a factor. I'd primarily be concerned with what each teams' future looks like and how best I'd deal with that.

From what I have been told, STR is THE team to work for in F1. Apparently they hold a culture of every person may contribute all they can, and ego's don't get in the way of progress.

I think, from what I have been told by a F1 guy, that STR would be my personal choice.

Especially with them having to design/build their own chassis from 2010 on.

Good luck. Personally I'd go for Brawn given the choice.

Although for carrer stability you couldnt go wrong with Force India, Sutil would keep you in work, and in contract, for the whole season.
