Mercedes must have gone all out on a rain setup.
They can afford it and looking at yr.no we´re talking about serious amounts of rain.

I just hope there´s some running tomorrow.

I don't think they are http://www.formula1.com/news/headlines/ ... 16439.html
Q: Lewis, when it comes to weather we’re expecting tomorrow, have you already set the car up for those conditions because obviously it’s going to be in parc ferme?
LH: No, because we set it up for qualifying today.

Q: So not for the race itself, not with a wet set-up or a huge amount of wing?
LH: No.

The wet setups aren't too dissimilar to the dry setups. A lot of it is done from the steering wheel now.

I use Seasonality for MAC. I could offer this weather forecast:

- best period for racing is between 12:00 -15:00 local time
rain will be 1mm/m^2, wind 3-8km/h -> 1-4 km/h , temp. 20,6- 21,2 degree C
- second best period for racing is between 15:00 -18:00 local time
rain will be 1.3 mm/m^2, wind 1-4 km/h -> 3-5 km/h, temp. 21,2- 19,5 degree C

9:00 - 12:00 strong winds and rain.

That´s just very odd if you ask me. I mean if there´s ever been a saturday where they know it´s gonna rain tomorrow it´s this one, and the points come tomorrow.

But maybe they feel it´s still fast enough and if by whatever reason the rain should stop they are all set even more so.

Edit: Brilliant by Rosberg :D

NR: That’s not a rumour any more.

Q: (Paolo Ianieri - La Gazzetta dello Sport) It’s not a rumour, right. Sebastian leaving Red Bull and probably going to Ferrari.
NR: That’s a rumour."

There's only 4 races this year that Rosberg has started on pole with Hamilton second: Bahrain, Monaco, Canada and Belgium.

Only 2 he led into the first corner: Monaco and Canada.

Only 1 he won: Monaco.

I'm more interested to know how many times in recent years has someone led into the first corner from second at this track? (Webber being on pole doesn't count)

I don't see how Ricciardo getting past an ailing Nico detracts from his Canada performance, that question was a stupid one in the first place.

When Webber set the pole last year Grosjean from fourth led the first corner.
The one that sticks out in my mind is Mika doing it twice to Michael 99 and 2000.
