Is Red Bull facing the same issues as in Singapore? It is not looking great for them. But I am sure, it will be all good for them in the race.
to me it looks like they just didn't get the setup right (yet). The track seems to have changed a bit compared to last year, and Verstappen & Perez weren't able to do much running yesterday.
There's still time to adapt before qualifying, but in FP3 the conditions are not the same as in the later sessions, so I wouldn't be too sure they get it right.
