I'm quite sure the 2nd pic is a Toro Rosso...

The 2012 wing plane looks like the McLaren

oh..now it makes sense...cause i was thinking that that part, must create a lot of downforce sinde the wing will have a high angle of attack...and the endplate will create a low pressure spot aswell and produce more downforce...

Right click and "open image" in your browser, then you can zoom and see for yourself.
Note the slotted main plane for example.
