Apparently some unique shapes out there now for these. This one looks like the current bargeboards:

Except that the strakes are pointing to the front where the air is coming from and not the rear as in the surfboards.

it's most definitely not inspired by surfboards stern fins.

More likely inspired by ship bow bulbs that are meant to generate an offset wave from the main hull, via low pressure zone, which is then going to cancel out the hull wave and reduce resistance. This might make sense but I'm not sure exactly how it would apply as the point of the bulb is to be just below the water line, if it were above it, you would have a wave generated by it and no wave from the hull, so no cancelling out.

If this applies here then it probably would be to reduce the turbulence of the air going above the venturi mouth and reducing the drag generated by it as well, in the process it should reduce stagnation in front of the fins since there's less pressure behind them.

This is all speaking from ignorance fundamentally, but with some logic applied.

Seems to be same flap size as Austria. No gurney on the FW at the back

FW at the back is the old spec FW. Notice the end plates.

Expected changes are new diffuser to allow car to maintain lower ride height at higher fuel loads and a new beam wing geometry for better efficiency

Good spot, for a moment I totally forgot the old front wing even existed I presume it could stll potentially be used a lower dwf/drag wing.

The top FW might have a different(smaller) top flap to the one in the bottom(which is the version that ran at Austria), hard to tell because of the angle.
And the one in the back is old design.

I get the impression that it is closer to the McLaren bi-plane style beam wing. The gap between the 2 elements seems too large to resemble the RB18 stack configuration. Although I'm glad to be proven otherwise with a better angle

These tunnels are huge compared to the RB19. Fantastic pic!

The upper element seems to me to be creating some downwash where it meet the endplate. Diffuser seems unchanged in this photo
