Yes, but then the other teams leap frogged them. The first half of the season Mercedes was 3rd or 4th best. They have just recently gotten into sub 3 sec stops.

Totally agree. Plaid works on car seats, and Mercedes has a specific plaid they used on their race cars in the past.
