What happened to Ferrari since FP3?
Ricciardo came through in the end.
Mclaren making Q3.
Hamilton did a good job of hiding his true performance through FP.

22.000!!! Well, that makes this year's Mercedes as fast as the 2012 Ferrari.

I think he's been protecting his PU during FP. Don't forget he's down on PUs so he needs to keep his "full power" mileage to a minimum when not actually racing.
If you are more fortunate than others, build a larger table not a taller fence.

Track temps are higher. Can't see any other proper reason. Unless it's technical, but on both cars?

So..... how's Hamilton gonna lose this race?

I guess it has to be related to higher track temps, also yesterday Vettel had problems from FP1 to FP2... so it looks even worse for tomorrow afternoon.

Start like Australia orBahrain? Pace like in '14?

- Ferrari + Vettel = utter failure and hello competition, Bottas 0,2 behind
- Raikkonen - a mess, it's embarrassing to watch the first lap
- Red Bull - marketing stunt :-), they put Ricciardo on one timed lap in Q3 on purpose. Is 0,4 s on two laps hurting Verstappen? Of course not, that's why they put him there, no result will be bad and no competition (forget red cars for a second), you are 0,4 slower in TR it's four places.

Yes but... it didn't hurt anybody else, and we were led to believe that Ferrari disliked low track temps :wtf:

A little more and Bottas would've nailed Vettel, on Barcelona of all places, one of the worst Williams tracks.

Maybe Ferrari dislikes low track temps and hates high track temps :-)

Yep. Even yesterday there were signs popping up. Ferrari has got a tough race ahead of them. Probably gonna finish where they started in a normal race.

Awesome laps from Hamilton, i knew he would come thru in Q3.
He looks happy, and looking forward to a good battle for the win.

Ricciardo was realy under pressure, but he delivered a smoking lap.
He looked really happy

Only if fu**s up the start. If he leads at the end of lap 1, you can probably start thinking about how to spend your Sunday afternoon otherwise than watching the race.

The temperature is expected to be a bit cooler tomorrow, and more cloud cover, it's going to help degradation. This is the second time this season that the track temperature has been over 35c the first being China, however the weather is expected to be cooler and cloudier tomorrow so track temperature will could be as low as 26c but probably more like 32c, if it's clear it'll be high in the 40's.

Impressed by Mclaren, they made it into the 23's

What are the chances of new MGU-H for Hamilton being faster than the old one for Rosberg?
