Haas is faster. Times are not so representative yet.
With some slugging around the track, I do agree that there is constant tension. Lot's of concrete walled blind corners. Though I do find it has a place on the calendar. Not sure if there's anything like it.

Every time Hulk hopped in a car to replace another driver he immediately was faster than his teammate.

Very fast in one lap, but his race pace leaves a lot to be desired, which is one of the reasons why he doesn't have a podium to his name.
