I'm guessing Max will have a new PU to thrash on tomorrow. I wonder if they have enough parts to repair it for tomorrow...

Gasly went in backwards, not sure if the rear wing is embedded in the tyre wall?

Possible that his rear wing broke off. Reports of debris before the crash site, and no rear wing debris visible around the car.
That would make sense, T9 again a very strange place to crash assuming he already was mid turn and had considerable velocity when it happened (which looks to be the case, haven't seen the crash of course).

Hard to tell, looks like the front wing is laying in bits, maybe a side impact?

It's not a certainty, but it does look rather strange.

Yeah rear wing looks to be on the roll hoop, so scratch the rear wing got pulled off theory.

oompf, if that is driver error there that car is not on rails, Gasly isn't exactly a terrible driver.

Getting that chassis fixed will be a challenge.

He was on a race sim, he shouldn't have been pushing that hard so I'm going to assume reliability issue but we'll see. Young guns tend to be reckless.

Maybe he got hit in the rim by a foreign object! :) Was there a Mercedes behind him?
