Be happy I didn't mark you down for this one - the best pizza is in Monza. And, for argument's sake, I'm from NJ, so the best must be from New York

I can understand if it doesn't make any sense to you. In a company, a man who fires and lambastes whomever he wishes is more 'principal' than the man who begs to his driver over the radio.

Now think about that for a bit
Not to mention this:

Good read eh ? :)
I read that three years ago, old news. It merely serves to underline Ecclestone's point.

If Horner can tiptoe around guys like Marko and still get results , he has all the political acumen needed to be Bernie's successor.

Everybody likes to attribute RBR's success to Adrian Newey, but he is only one part of the operation. In fact, he is not even the chief designer, nor the chief aero guy. RBR have been around since 2004 and got their first championships in 2010. Management is every bit as important as the technical side.

If Horner can manage an ego like Marko, he can manage F1. And that is what Ecclestone meant, I believe.

As the uber-chieftain you have to deal with very powerful people all the time and get them to work with you and do what you want. Horner does that within the RBR hierarchy, and successfully so.

To dismiss him as merely a Public Relations officer is ignorant.

Adrian Sutil said in an interview during qualifying that he signed a contract for next season "months ago", but can't say with whom...I have the feeling that something unexpected is coming.

But he also said "We need to work hard over the winter to make a better job of finding the best possible setup in the time available.." i know drivers do tend to speak of themselves using the word "we" but in german this is very uncommon..he said he was asked to not go public with the signing yet but he grinned..-i think he stays at FI .

Monisha Kaltenborn went as far as hinting at a decision and something to annnounce already next week -this was more of a wish than actually a promise ,though...

Looks like everyone is expecting the lotus quantum deal to materialisze next week or never to happen...this would mean Hulk going to lotus and Perez /Maldonado bidding for the Sauber seat ....no wonder why Ms Kaltenborn was laughing broadly when making that statement.

Looks like it'll be Hulk/Sutil for FI next year.

The man with the most insane shirts in the paddock thinks he´s going to Sauber. (Sirotkin third driver to lock up the money)
And FI will be comprised of Hulkenberg and Perez.

He also thought Gro and Mal will field Lotus.
Ericsson as a wild card for Caterham.

With the shock of last year with Hamilton and Mercedes i´m inclined to believe what he says this time.

He has said that a number of times already, and look at the real truth! Perhaps you should read all the editorials about this man and his walter mitty character. he is well known as a fantasist.

I thought Hulk was going to lotus as long as the deal was on, Perez to FI makes sense though. Would like to know who 'reneged' on this deal to take Magnussen for a year or two though.

So question now is whether MAL or PER to Findia.

HUL is pretty much confirmed there by German media.

Surely Perez will go back to sauber with Esteban. Hulk will be alongside Sutil at F.I. And despite not needing the money at Lotus (if the Quantum deal is done) Maldonado will end up alonside Grosjean.

The only change I can see, is maybe Lotus make a last ditch effort to get Perez in, and Maldonado or Sirotkin go to Sauber.

Red Bull . Vet Ric
Mercedes . Ham Ros
Ferrari . Alo Rai
Lotus . Gro Mal
Mclaren . But Mag
F.India Sut Hul
Sauber . Per Gut
T.Rosso . Ver Kvy
Williams . Bot Mas
Marussia . Bia Chi
Caterham . Pic VDG
GoLandoGo
Lewis v2.0
King George has arrived.

@ Nathan

I don't now.

SUT is maybe with Findia but maybe he is to Sauber or out completely.

Lotus maybe could be gone next year, so MAL needs an altertntive

I see atm with Lotus still there in 2014
Findia: HUL / PER; SUT
Sauber: SUT; PER / GUI ; NASR
Lotus: GRO / MAL

without Lotus sorting its finances out:

Findia:n HUL / PER; MAL; GRO?
Sauber: SUT; PER; MAL; GUI; NASR; GRO?
