I think the effect of colour on density is marginal. I don't even think you are correct. If I remember correctly to create black with substractive colour mixing you need more pigment and thus a thicker paint layer.
Aerodynamics impacts will be marginal. The ambient air temperature of air 'hitting' the car remains the same.
