Is that something new at the rear wing? Seems like there is a small flat wing?

It still looks like the pull rod connect below the chassis, can it be angled horizontally at the bottom somehow?

Look at the vent on the lower side of the floor towards the back half of it. I wonder if airflow is going in or out of that vent
