Stark difference to rain though, right? A driver cannot control when it rains, but he can control how hard to sends the car into a corner.renault rs26 wrote: ↑20 Jul 2024, 17:28Same as if rain starts, that's called luck.Tvetovnato wrote: ↑20 Jul 2024, 17:21While destroying the chances for half the field to improve their times.renault rs26 wrote: ↑20 Jul 2024, 17:20

Let's judge race pace tomorrow. Oscar having more ultimate pace than Max is definitely significant though.Hammerfist wrote: ↑20 Jul 2024, 17:29Mclaren is just getting better and better. They are fast everywhere in all conditions. The second half of the season is gonna feature lots of Mclaren victories and Redbull trying to minimize the damage. Merc is only good on certain tracks, so is Ferrari. Very interesting second half to come.
What if driver have certain pole in Monaco but crashes in last attempt and loses everything because of it.Tvetovnato wrote: ↑20 Jul 2024, 17:30Stark difference to rain though, right? You seem to be looking at it from the driver who crashed POV. A driver with a certain pole who crashes on his last attempt and causes a red flag is a prime example of why the rule should be applied as he surely prevents others from trying to beat the time by crashing.renault rs26 wrote: ↑20 Jul 2024, 17:39What if driver have certain pole in Monaco but crashes in last attempt and loses everything because of it.Tvetovnato wrote: ↑20 Jul 2024, 17:30Stark difference to rain though, right? Another driver cause a collision in a race and send opponent into gravel, he continues, receives 10s and comfortably wins.
Is it fair?
Prediction from earlier in the week. So far, so good, atleast in part. Nobody has gained a march on.Dunlay wrote: ↑16 Jul 2024, 05:03Hopefully upgrades don't give advantage to any one team and keep them bunched up even closer than they have been, constantly changing the winners. It would be exciting if Max doesn't get anymore wins but will be on podium most of the times to make this WDC another hard fought one and interesting season ending.
