Who would have thought Max would lose by 20 sec at his home race at the beginning of the year? Mclaren's development has been incredible. If Piastri can close down the gap to Lando Max's WDC will become less certain.

I think it’s more a case of Redbull losing performance. Possibly.

Max cannot make up the gap to the cars. But Piastri's pace says it's just as much about Lando's pace to maximise that car.
