Webber was on track when the flag fell but could not beat Vettel's time, as usual. Lewis was brilliant doing very few laps and being on the pace on his fourth or fifth flying lap.

WB, how do you know they where even on the same program?

From the on board it's a great looking circuit! Im shocked that Tilke managed to make a 2nd decent track layout (1st is his only other decent design in Turkey).

Austin will also be pretty good. By the chart I found one should not assume that Mark was lugging some unnecessary petrol around the circuit in the dying moments.

Well let's hope Austin is good. Actually It could be just me, but F1 2010 has that long penultimate corner (the long right hander) way too long :wtf:

Just heard from a friend that the Bulls were running on the inters. Is that true?

I saw they were on intermediate tires right after the practice. The camera was in the Red Bull garage and they were on intermediates. I thought I was wrong, but now that you say it I'm sure I saw them right.

Webber wasn't on inters at the end. And the McLarens neither in the first minute.

But teams may use inters just in the garage as they do not think they will use them this weekend anyway.

Sorry WB, my bad :( So as you said they might have used intermediates only in the garage. That must have been what I saw. Thanks for the correction :)
