Ferrari F138

A place to discuss the characteristics of the cars in Formula One, both current as well as historical. Laptimes, driver worshipping and team chatter do not belong here.

Yes, this is what I remember also. In addition, Ferrari utilized a quali engine and a race engine for some time. I believe this action contributed to the tighter engine rules we now must endure.

Anyway, thanks for the input back all, I appreciate the responses.

Just noticed the turning veins behind the new rounded section are a lot more aggressive creating what seems to be a vacuum / vortex generator into what I will assume to be the ray mouth.
If someone said to me that you can have three wishes, my first would have been to get into racing, my second to be in Formula 1, my third to drive for Ferrari.

For what it's worth, they moved the camera(s) from the under the nose down at the lowest point of the front wing to just ahead of the upper front suspension.

Thanks!

Looks like quite a different solution, not necessarily a Canada only solution.

Haha so they have done a cascade that acts like the ends of the actual FW planes, as in rounded, nice one

Almost like Mclarens old R-cascade near the middle of the wing.
