Leclerc understood that in the first run of testing.
Yup... start planning 2024, whatever upgrades, concept, personel changes... need to be planning for next year.

Ferrari has disastroulsy misunderstood the triple crown as messing up on each day of the race weekend.

strategy wise Ferrari did fine IMHO today, the car is really churning through tires and makes the strategy work very limited. Max went longer on mediums than LEC on hards... Car is sadly very very bad, wasn't that bad the first 20 laps but then fell off a cliff.

If you consider that it wasn't that bad loosing 1 sec per lap in Monaco in the first 20 laps, what is bad?

They were behind ocon man. The car was faster than ocon and hamilton by a mile.

Finishing 6th and 8th and a whopping 62 secs behind the race leader. The worst part is that Leclerc didn’t make any mistakes during the race so this is genuinely all to the car and the team. The trend since the start of the season seems to be that other teams are improving at a faster rate than Ferrari.

You may be right about the car but thats a disappointment for me. But frustration is different. over 3 yrs now i have never ever never seen them get a pitstop call right that may have resulted in gaining a position…I really don’t remember any. Im sure both RB and even Mercs would do better job with that car.

it is not a car. it is driver. Sainz throw away P4, Lecrec got 3 place grid penalty due to blocking Norris(it team fault). with these driver line up even the good car will not win race.
example AM last year with Vettel Stroll.
