The Ferrari went past our own Scott Mitchell "sounding sick", then it "conked out" and locked the rears in old penultimate corner, spinning Raikkonen around.
My guess would be they have been setting their fast laps using/testing a new qualifying mode. It's the one thing they have lacked the last 2 years that would allow them to really fight for poles and thus wins.

Another red flag, Sainz in the Toro Rosso has stopped on the start/finish straight.

Looks like they are going for faster laps now. Now is the best time to find problems, end of test and two weeks to fix it.

Kimi's car with the sudden rear brake snatching again, that looks like an accident waiting to happen if it doesn't get sorted.

Slipstream, as he was behind Stroll.

He slip-streamed Stroll in the Williams.

Could very well be, sounded similiar to Vandoorne's electrical stoppage yesterday, which too sounded deceivingly mechanical.

Assuming it's the last day of testing and they done it all with one engine, they probably wanted to kill him on track to find some limits...

To compare it with Redbull
Verstappen Soft stint - 1:24.7, 1:24.9, 1:25.6, 1:25.2, 1:25.4, 1:25.5, 1:25.4, 1:25.9, 1:25.6 and 1:25.7.

Kimi did a couple of laps on Medium before the rear lockup.
Raikkonen Medium Stint - 1:24.0, 1:24.5, 1:23.6, 1:24.1, 1:24.0, 1:24.0, 1:24.1, 1:23.7, 1:23.9 and 1:23.8.

Kimi's Medium spin wasn't self caused, according to Motorsport it was a electrical issue. Probably MGU-K.
