I think that is just chip marks from rocks, tire marbles and so on in the paint. With back-to-back races the teams don't get the chance to pretty the cars up again.

Redesigned front wing completely expected, it has a big influence on side pod air flow and Y250, and with Ferrari inspired split intake this looks "more like it".
