I thought the camera stalks were angled upwards but upon closer viewing i think they are thermal cameras not broadcast cameras!

It LOOKS from the lower suspension shrouding tbat the steering rack has been moved behind the centre wheel position to give those two characteristic elements nearer the floor entrance in comparison to last years chassis.
